About Our Support Groups and Classes

Support and proper resources are crucial to your success. Attend a session with like minded and goal oriented patients for additional guidance, open conversation, and support on topics such as shopping tips, meal planning, eating during the holidays, recovering from injury, caring for aging parents, meal planning for the youth athlete, summer breaks, women’s health, and a variety of other topics.

Small groups and sessions are designed for an intimate environment and to provide a comfortable setting to share experiences and provide support. Life is busy and hard. Knowing you have other people to talk to and learn with can make a difference in helping you achieve your goals and maintaining your health and quality of life.

Notes, recipes, tips sheets, food samples, and additional resources are provided at each session to compliment the topic discussed. The dietitian will present a specific topic and then provide time for questions and discussion.

Who Can Benefit?

Groups and classes are perfect for an existing patient that may want to hear additional tips and get exposure to more food products and ideas. Someone that may not be a regular patient of the office is welcome, as well. Perhaps you already live a healthy lifestyle but would like some re-assurance that you are doing things right or a refresher on food products or recipes to share with your family.
