At Balanced Nutrition of WNY, we enjoy reviewing components of an individual or organization’s current nutrition habits and offering guidance for improvements and maintenance to assist in meeting health, weight, or sport performance goals. Special attention is given to lifestyle factors such as health diagnosis, medications or supplement use, work or school schedule, physical activity, sleep habits, stress, travel, as well as meal and snack planning and preparation.
